I called Mark Bauer in Highlands Ranch from my home in Cleveland, Ohio. I told him that my wife and I would be in the Denver area at Easter and wished to view homes anticipating a move in the summer. A list of communities, preferences, size, and price range was related. Mark researched the area, found us a lender, and drove us to 24 locations in 3 1/2 days. He was able to find us a new home and then followed up on the building process until July when we relocated to Colorado. He was available to guide us through the walk-through and the closing. One of the main things we are impressed with from Mark Bauer is his communication channels. He has been very efficient in giving us regular status updates via email, which is very convenient. When we have questions, he either answers the phone right away or calls us back quickly.
